District Working on Replacements for BoardDocs and Peachjar

At the end of the fiscal year on June 30, 2026, the South Park School District ended its agreements with two software programs that serve families and community members. Migration work to replace these two programs is ongoing.
The district is transitioning from BoardDocs to Keystone Agenda for its school board meeting agendas, minutes, and district policies. Work to build the new public site is ongoing, and the district hopes to have it operational and linked on its School Board website in time for the August regular meeting on Thursday, August 13, 2026. The agenda for the special meeting scheduled for Thursday, July 9 at 6:30 p.m. in the high school cafeteria will be posted on the district’s website as a PDF in compliance with Pennsylvania’s Sunshine Act.
The district has also ended its agreement with Peachjar for e-flyer distribution. The district’s communications office is building an internal replacement for school group and community flyer approval and distribution in time for the start of the 2026-2027 school year. More information will be shared in August.
